Marsha grew up in Colorado and moved to Decatur County in 1978. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education in 1993 and an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology in 1998 and worked in the school system for 20 years. Marsha gained her real estate sales license in 2004 and her brokers license in 2015. Marsha loves spending time with her husband Gary and their extended family riding horses and playing games. She and Gary have owned and remodeled several properties in Oberlin since their marriage in 1988. Walking, decorating, and remodeling are some her many interests. Marsha is also a leader for Celebrate Recovery at McCook Christian Church in McCook, Nebraska.

Gary is a native Oberlin, Kansas man who was born and raised in Decatur County. Gary graduated from Decatur Community High School in 1966 and Kansas State University in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education. Gary wrestled competitively throughout high school and college. He obtained his real estate sales license in 2003 and his real estate broker’s license in 2007. Gary stays busy checking cattle and horses and selling real estate. Reclaiming native cedar from local windbreaks, sawmilling the wood, and making it into beautiful furniture is a hobby he enjoys.

Spring was born and raised in Oberlin. She graduated from Decatur Community High School in 1997, and from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2005. Spring and her husband Kerry have a daughter, Gemma, and a son, Knox. They reside just outside of Oberlin. Spring obtained her real estate sales license June 2009. Spring is also the office manager at Decatur Beef. Spring is a member of the local school board; she coaches intermural sports, participates in local clubs and organizations, and stays very busy!
