Home Range Real Estate, Inc. was established in 2007 and began as a one room office located in Stellar Sales with Gary Richards as the Broker and his wife, Marsha as Sales Agent. A lot of business was conducted out of that little office, but within a year Home Range moved to downtown Oberlin at 157 S. Penn Ave. Home Range moved again in 2015 to the corner of Hwy. 83 and Hwy. 36 in the converted port of entry building. In 2021, Home Range moved to 702 N. Penn at its current location and has expanded to four (4) agents, Gary and Marsha Richards, Brokers, and Spring Louderback (our daughter) and Diane Zodrow, Sales Agents.
Gary Richards received his Kansas Real Estate Sales License in 2003 and his Broker’s license in 2007. Marsha Richards received her Kansas RE Sales License in 2004 and her Broker’s license in 2015. Spring Louderback received her Kansas Real Estate Sales License in 2009. Diane Zodrow received her Kansas Real Estate Sales License in 2019.
