Gary Richards
Gary is a native Oberlin, Kansas man who was born and raised in Decatur County.  Gary graduated
from Decatur Community High School in 1966 and Kansas State University in 1970 with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Secondary Education.  Gary wrestled competitively throughout high school and
college.  Woodworking is a hobby he enjoys.  Gary stays busy checking cattle and horses and selling
real estate.  He obtained his real estate sales license in 2003 and his real estate broker’s license in

Marsha Richards
Marsha grew up in Colorado and moved to Decatur County in 1978.  She graduated from the
University of Nebraska at Kearney obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in 1993 and an Educational Specialist
degree in 1998.   She is a leader for Celebrate Recovery at McCook Christian Church in McCook,
Nebraska. Marsha gained her real estate sales license in 2004 and her brokers license in 2015.

Gary and Marsha love spending time with their twelve grandchildren, two nieces, and three nephews.
Spring Louderback
Spring was born and raised in Oberlin. She graduated from
Decatur Community High School in 1997, and from Fort
Hays State University with a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree in 2005. Spring and her husband
Kerry have a daughter, Gemma, and a son, Knox.  They
reside just outside of Oberlin. Spring obtained her real
estate sales license June 2012.Spring is also the office
manager at Decatur Beef.  She stays very busy!

Charlotte Ebert
Charlotte Ebert was raised in Selden, KS and Culbertson, NE.
She moved to Oberlin after residing in Colorado for 10 years.
She graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s
degree in English. Charlotte gained her real estate license in
2018. She has two daughters, Lexi and Sammi. Charlotte also
owns the Oberlin Inn and stays very busy!
Diane Zodrow        
Diane was raised on the family farm in Elm Creek, NE.  
Diane attended Kearney State College before she married
and moved to Germany in 1982.  In Gokels, Germany,
Diane and her husband owned and operated the family
bakery until the ovens gave out in 1997 and 100 years in
business.  Diane started working in the IT Department for
the LEGO Distribution Center in Hohenwestedt, Germany
up to its outsourcing in 2004 to the Czech Republic.  Diane
ventured on to work at Pickenpack-Hussmann and Hahn in
Lueneburg, Germany where she then made her decision in
2009 to move back to the USA to be closer to her family in
NE.  Diane took the position of an International Customer
Service and Logistics Administrator at Baldwin Filters till
2018.  In 2005 Diane married Steve Zodrow and moved to
Oberlin, KS, where she now works for the Decatur County
Treasurer’s office.  In November of 2019 Diane obtained
her real estate sales license.  
Diane has two sons.  Stefan is in the German Air Force as
a Chemical Weapons Specialist.  Lars works for Applied
Industrial Technologies at their headquarters in the IT
department in Cleveland, Ohio.   Diane enjoys tiling,
painting, wall papering, wood working – anything that has
to do with home remodeling!  Cars are also one of her
hobbies as well as motorcycle riding.
